Manufacturing inflatable shutters and cement injection packers

Bonaddio is based in the town of Lamezia Terme, in the province of Catanzaro, and operates at national and international levels making inflatable shutters for pipelines and packers for injecting cement and concrete inside valved pipes for rock injection and for permeability tests. The packers consist of rubber and metal elements which create a cylindrical air chamber with a through hole through vulcanisation, connected to the outside by a tube to which a quick coupling of various sizes can be anchored, allowing inflation by water. Manufactured using similar techniques to packers, inflatable shutters are used to stop fluid flows in pipes.
